Aim

Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) was incorporated on 28^th June 1988 under the Companies Act 1956 for rapid economic growth of the Islands. The main objective of the corporation is to develop and commercially exploit the natural resources for the balanced and environment friendly development of the territory. The area of operation is in the following sectors:

1.      Fisheries: To improve fishing infrastructure and marketing;

2.      Tourism:  To improve infrastructure and promote tourism;

3.      Finance: To provide financial assistance to industries;

4.      Industry: To promote industrial development;

5.   Supplies: To improve supply of important raw materials, essential commodities, consumables with view to stabilize the market and provide these goods to people at reasonable prices.
